Read below before start the tracking:

Click in the tracking link and don't forget to change to the correct carrier with 4PX

On PC:

On Phone:

On the phone version you'll need to fill in your tracking number before you can see the carrier option icon. It will be no carrier icon show up before you fill in the tracking number. Fill in the tracking number and change the carrier to 4PX then click Track.

There's no carrier icon before the tracking number be filled in.

After filled in the tracking number don't forget to change the carrier to 4PX then click Track.

For US customer:

Once your order arrives at the origin airport, a shipping label is automatically generated. From there, your country's local shipping company will take over the delivery process. For customers in the United States, this means your parcel will be transferred to USPS, and the shipping label will have been prepared in advance. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Therefore, if your shipping label has been created earlier but there are no new updates on the tracking, there is no need for concern.
