Our online customers are offered a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee service. Refund only apply if with any Package of product that has not match in your order list or did not match in our described, which can be returns with not be any cut off, scratched ,damaged, made to order or altered in any way(including folded) within 14 days of received, is entitled to a full refund. You will need to provide a photo or short video of the wrong product for a proved. Other than this terms there's no cancellation or  refund to be made. 

The item to be returned must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, with all packaging and paperwork. Dreamy Switch is not liable or responsibility for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error. Any item returned to Dreamy Labo must be returned in a good packaging. We will make the refund on the 2nd day of receiving your returned item. Once the return has been processed we will notify you via email of your refund. Please allow for your bank to process your refund(3-5 Business days).
