Dreamy Labo offers a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee for online customers under specific conditions. Refunds are applicable only if the product package received does not match your order or differs from the product description provided. The item must be returned unused, with no signs of being cut, scratched, damaged, folded, or altered in any way, within 14 days of receipt, to qualify for a full refund. To initiate the refund process, customers must provide a photo or short video of the incorrect product for verification.

To complete the return, the item must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, along with all packaging and paperwork. Dreamy Labo is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds will be processed within two days of receiving the returned item, and customers will be notified via email once the refund is issued. Please note that banks may take 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Refunds or cancellations are not accepted for reasons such as material issues or change of mind. Customers are encouraged to review their purchase carefully before placing an order to avoid such situations.
