The controller was stated as delivery failed and was never delivered again. I reached out to support but they gave me a tracking number that didn’t work so I couldn’t find a shipping location where my controller is. I also paid for express shipping so this is very frustrating. Still haven’t heard a response from support and it’s been a few days.

The quality is better than expected. Also bought the Cinnamoroll stand is so cute and foldable for easy carrying, its also come with some game card slots inside, so much convenient with everything. Took a bit long shipping about 12days to Aus. Unless everything is good quality than it’s worth the wait.
